Position
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and process-driven Licensing Assistant to join our compliance team based onsite at our Amritsar office. In this role, you will be the engine behind our core service delivery, managing the intricate paperwork, applications, and regulatory filings required for U.S. healthcare licensing.
Your focus will be on achieving absolute technical accuracy, maintaining system workflows, and ensuring that our clients' administrative packages are flawless. You will work closely with local leadership while collaborating digitally with our global workforce. Key Responsibilities
Application Management & Filing: Prepare, review, and submit state-level healthcare licensing applications, ensuring zero-error technical accuracy in accordance with state-specific regulations.
Workflow Optimization: Maintain and utilize our automated CRM platform to track application statuses, milestones, and client updates.
Regulatory Research: Monitor and document changes in state-specific healthcare mandates, initial provisional licensing criteria,
and compliance paths (such as the State-Survey Path).
Document Governance: Ensure all client service contracts, credentials, and filing packets are organized, complete, and properly archived within our document management system.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate efficiently with our Account Executive team to ensure seamless handoffs from client onboarding to the compliance pipeline.
Task Execution: Collaborate with senior operations personnel on administrative audits, proposals, and regulatory alignment tasks.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in data operations, administrative support, compliance, or a legal assistant role (experience with U.S. healthcare licensing or international corporate filings is a major plus).
Tech-Savviness: Experience working with modern automation and CRM tools (e.g., GoHighLevel, Make.com, or similar cloud-based operations software).
Attention to Detail: An analytical mindset capable of catching minute discrepancies in legal names, numbers, and state compliance mandates.
Communication: Solid written English communication skills suitable for drafting precise internal documentation and sharp, skilled regulatory updates.
Mindset: A strong preference for structured, system-based efficiency over ad-hoc, chaotic troubleshooting. You thrive when following and refining established processes.

Fixed Monday to Friday work week with weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) off.
Fixed salary 25 - 35 K depending upon experience
