Job Title - Floor Supervisor Location - Amritsar Roles and Responsibilities - Supervise and manage daily floor operations to ensure smooth functioning of the gaming zone. Ensure excellent customer service and promptly address customer queries and concerns. Monitor gaming equipment and report any technical issues or maintenance requirements.
Coordinate and guide floor staff to ensure efficient service and task completion.
Ensure all safety procedures and company policies are followed by staff and customers. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Monitor crowd management and maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for guests. Prepare daily reports and assist management in achieving operational and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications - Graduate Skills - Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Ability to handle customers professionally and resolve complaints effectively. Basic computer knowledge. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Willingness to work adaptable shifts, weekends, and holidays. Prior experience in hospitality, retail, entertainment, or gaming operations will be an added advantage.
