Field Sales Executive (Area-Based) — IBYX Coconut Water Powder

ABOUT IBYX

IBYX is a fast-growing FMCG brand bringing instant coconut water powder to Indore's retail and wellness market. Our product — natural, no sugar added, just-add-water — is designed for gyms, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies, and general stores. We are now building our on-ground dealer network across Indore and looking for hungry field sales executives to grow with us.

WHAT THIS ROLE IS

This is a pure field sales role. You will be assigned a specific area of Indore. Your job is to go door-to-door to shops, introduce IBYX, show samples, pitch to store owners and dealers, and convert them into active stockists.

There is no desk work. No office. No fixed salary.

This role pays entirely on commission and performance incentives.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Visit shops, retail outlets, gyms, cafes, and supermarkets in your assigned area daily
- Introduce IBYX Coconut Water Powder to shop owners and dealers
- Present product samples and explain benefits
- Collect dealer information and submit daily field reports
- Follow up with interested dealers to close orders




- Build and maintain relationships with active stockists in your area

WHO SHOULD APPLY
- Anyone with experience in FMCG, insurance, telecom, pharma field (MR), or MLM sales
- Freshers who are confident, street-smart, and can handle shopkeeper conversations
- People who know their area of Indore well
- Those looking for flexible, performance-based income

REQUIREMENTS
- Must be based in Indore
- Must own a two-wheeler
- Must be comfortable with commission-only earnings
- Strong communication skills in Hindi (English Is a plus)

- Willingness to start immediately
