Position: Tele-Counsellor / Counsellor

Experience Required: Freshers can apply

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with students, parents, schools, coaching institutes, and professionals over calls.
- Guide students regarding career seminars, counselling sessions, educational programs, and events.
- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain relationships
- Coordinate registrations, appointments, and meetings
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.
- Target based job - getting maximum enrollment / applications for the Colleges / Universities.
- Support the team in outreach and promotional activities.





Desired Candidate Profile

- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or Gujarati
- Positive attitude and confidence while speaking
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge Excel, Email, Google Sheets)
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Experience in the Education, EdTech, Career Counselling, or Training sector will be preferred.
