Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a high-ownership Full Stack .NET Engineer who is excited about building AI-enabled, scalable healthcare platforms. In this role, you will work at the intersection of core product engineering and applied AI, helping us design, build, and evolve intelligent systems used daily by clinics across the world.

As long as you know good prompt engineering, and basic concepts of how LLM's work. we will provide rest of the training on AI.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET MVC / .NET Core, C#, and Angular
- Build AI-ready backend services that integrate with:
- LLMs and AI APIs
- Decision-support engines
- Workflow automation and intelligent assistants
- Translate real-world healthcare workflows into robust, production-grade software
- Work on AI-assisted features such as:
- Intelligent clinical documentation
- Decision support and alerts
- Automation of operational and administrative workflows
- Develop clean, reusable, and testable code with a solid focus on performance, security, and scalability
- Collaborate with frontend engineers to deliver intuitive, high-performance user experiences
- Participate actively in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making
- Continuously explore and adopt AI-first development practices, tools, and frameworks

Preferred Candidate Profile

Core Engineering Skills

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Strong expertise in:
- .NET Framework / .NET Core
- MVC, C#, LINQ, Entity Framework

- Proficiency in:

- Angular (v8+), TypeScript
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

- Experience with SQL Server and relational database design




- Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD tools

AI-First Mindset (Important)

- Comfortable working alongside AI systems, APIs, and automation tools
- Curious, experimental, and proactive about applying AI to solve real problems, not just theory
