Sr. HR Generalist

Location: RNT Marg, Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Work from Office)

Qualification: MBA in Human Resources (HR)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 In-Hand (Based on Experience)

DigitalVia Technologies is a fast-growing digital marketing and technology company specializing in SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, website development, lead generation, branding, and performance marketing. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and overall HR operations.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and conduct HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers.
- Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and candidate follow-ups.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management

- Handle joining formalities and employee documentation.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Manage employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.

HR Operations

- Manage leave and attendance records.
- Maintain HR policies and employee documentation.
- Support payroll inputs and HR administrative activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Performance Management

- Coordinate employee performance review processes.
- Track KPIs, appraisals,



and employee development plans.
- Assist managers in performance evaluation and feedback processes.

Employee Engagement & Culture

- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
- Organize team-building activities and company events.
- Foster a positive work culture and employee satisfaction.
- Handle employee concerns professionally.

Campus Hiring & Placement Drives

- Coordinate with colleges and educational institutions for placement drives.
- Build relationships with Training & Placement Officers.
- Represent the company during campus recruitment activities.
- Manage internship and fresher hiring programs.

Required Skills

- Solid understanding of Recruitment and HR Generalist functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve hiring targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation.
- Knowledge of employee lifecycle management, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement activities.
- Good understanding of Digital Marketing industry and related job roles.

Qualifications

- MBA in Human Resources (HR) from a recognized university/institute.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.
