*Position:* HK Supervisor

*Salary:* ₹21000 per month

*Weekly Off:* 1 day per week

*Location:* Wellness/ Spa, Bangalore

We are hiring a responsible and disciplined *HK Supervisor* for wellness/Spa, Bangalore . The candidate must take care of overall housekeeping, cleaning standards, hygiene maintenance, and front desk call follow-ups.

### Key Responsibilities

1. *Housekeeping & Cleaning Supervision*

* Maintain complete cleanliness of spa rooms, reception, washrooms, shower areas, corridors, pantry, and common areas.

* Check every room before and after customer service.

* Ensure towels, bedsheets, oils, tissues, water bottles, and amenities are properly arranged.

* Monitor HK staff work and make sure daily cleaning is done properly.

* Report any damage, shortage, or maintenance issue immediately to management.

*Front Desk Call Follow-ups*

* Attend and follow up customer calls professionally.

* Call back missed enquiries and maintain proper follow-up.

* Share spa details, location, timing, and service information clearly.

* Support reception team during busy hours.

* Maintain polite and professional communication with all guests.

3. *Daily Operations Support*

* Maintain hygiene checklist and room readiness checklist.

* Coordinate with managers and therapists for smooth customer service.

* Ensure no room is assigned without proper cleaning and setup.

* Maintain discipline, grooming, and punctuality at all times.

### Candidate Requirements

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,986.00 per month
