Job Description – Hybrid Bookkeeper Accountant

Job Title: Hybrid Bookkeeper Accountant

Location: Bengaluru

Location: Clayworks Create, Arekere Bannerghatta Road, Bengaluru

Experience Required: 1+ Years

Work Mode: Remote (5 days Work from Home & 1 Day Work From Office)

System: Should have a laptop & Wifi

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Bookkeeper to manage the accounting and compliance activities for multiple companies. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling day-to-day bookkeeping, invoicing, and coordination with Chartered Accountants for statutory filings and audits.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage bookkeeping and accounting records for 3–4 companies.
- Create and maintain sales invoices and purchase invoices using accounting software.
- Record daily financial transactions accurately and maintain organized documentation.
- Coordinate with the company’s CA for: Monthly GST filings, TDS filings & Yearly audits
- ROC and compliance-related activities
- Prepare reports and reconciliations as required by management.
- Maintain vendor and client payment records.
- File and coordinate personal income tax returns of directors.
- Ensure timely compliance with all financial and statutory deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial data and company records.





Required Skills

- Basic understanding of accounting principles and taxation.
- Experience using accounting software such as Tally & Zoho Books.
- Valuable knowledge of: GST & TDS
- Purchase & Sales accounting
- Bank reconciliations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple entities simultaneously.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Eligibility

- Should have a laptop & wifi to work from home.
- Minimum 1 year of bookkeeping/accounting experience.
- Commerce background preferred (B.Com/M.Com).
- Candidates based in Bengaluru are preferred due to weekly office visits.

- English
- Hindi
- Kannada

Work Structure

- Remote working for most days
- Mandatory 1 day per week work from the office for coordination and document handling
