Job Description

- Ensuring smooth functioning of the reception
- Giving prompt attention to telephone calls.
- Delivery of test reports to patients
- Providing initial lab information to patient e.g tests, cost, preparation required, report delivery time etc
- Guiding patients to the sample collection area and provide information on patient preparation, where required
- Giving regular inputs to the lab director based on information/ complaints/ suggestions received from the customers and suggest scope of improvement.
- Be in touch with reporting / testing department for timely delivery of reports to patients
- Ensuring proper upkeep and housekeeping of the reception and waiting area
