We are looking for a polished and guest-focused Front Desk & Travel Services Associate to be the face of our operations for international/domestic tourists visiting Agra. Candidates with a background in hotel front desk, hospitality, or travel desk management are strongly preferred. You will be handling early morning arrivals, coordinating tours, and ensuring every guest has a seamless experience from the moment their day begins.

Job responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist international guests at the front desk during morning operations
- Manage travel bookings, tour schedules, and itinerary changes in real time
- Coordinate with guides, drivers, and hotel partners for smooth daily departures
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Process tickets, vouchers, and travel documentation accurately
- Maintain daily logs, handover notes, and operational reports
- Communicate with guests and partners via phone, email, and in person

Job requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in a hotel front desk, travel desk, or hospitality role (strongly preferred)
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or Hospitality (preferred)




- Excellent spoken and written English — confident with international guests
- Proficiency in MS Office, GDS/booking tools, or hotel PMS software is a plus
- Calm, well-presented, and guest-first attitude at all times
- Able to work independently during early morning hours starting at 4:00 AM
- Organised, punctual, and reliable with strong multitasking ability

Job Details:

- Location: Agra (Onsite)
- Timing: 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
- Education: Diploma/degree in Hotel Management or Tourism (preferred)

Important:
This role requires robust English communication and daily coordination work. Apply only if you are comfortable with onsite work in Agra.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Agra, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

- Travel operation or Hospitality: 2 years (Required)

- English (Required)
