We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Risk & Compliance Analyst to support the management and enhancement of the organizations risk and compliance frameworks. The role involves monitoring regulatory developments, supporting compliance programs, conducting control testing, and ensuring effective risk reporting and governance practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation and maintenance of risk & compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures
- Monitor regulatory changes and assist in aligning business practices accordingly
- Maintain risk registers, control attestations, and incident & complaints logs
- Conduct control testing and internal reviews; document findings and recommendations
- Assist in preparation of reports for Risk Committees, Board, and other governance forums
- Administer risk culture surveys and support training and awareness initiatives
- Track completion of mandatory compliance training programs
- Provide analytical and administrative support to the Risk & Compliance team
- Support insurance program reviews and external audit / review requests

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred Background
- Experience in financial services or a regulated industry
- Exposure to risk & compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements
- Qualified certifications in Risk/Compliance (desirable)
