Job Title: Telecaller – Debt Recovery Collection Executive

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Job Type: Full time

Job Responsibilities:

- Contact customers via phone regarding pending loan/EMI payments.
- Follow up with customers and encourage timely repayment.
- Negotiate payment plans as per company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
- Update collection status in the system on a regular basis.
- Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 6 months of experience in collections, recovery, telecalling, or customer service.
2. Good communication and negotiation skills.
3. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
4. Ability to handle customers professionally and resolve payment-related queries.
5. DRA-certified candidates will be preferred.

Qualification:

12th Pass / Graduate

Salary:

As per industry standards and relevant experience.

Preferred:

- Candidates with experience in Banking, NBFC, Loan Collection, or Recovery Processes.
