Branch Admin

(Calicut & Manjeri)

This role is responsible for the administrative leadership of a specific branch. You will act as the key bridge between the University, financial institutions for student loans, and the daily operational discipline of the campus.

Position Details

Role: Branch Admin

Openings: 2 (1 per branch)

Locations: Calicut | Manjeri

Reporting to: Branch Manager / Academic Head

Core Responsibilities
University In-charge & Academic Liaison

Act as the official representative for all University-related administrative affairs. Coordinate student registration, exam form submissions, and hall ticket distribution.

Ensure the branch strictly adheres to the academic calendar and University compliance standards.

Manage communication between the University and the branch regarding syllabus updates or exam schedules.
Student Loan & Financial Coordination

Lead Loan Activity: Guide students and parents through the educational loan process. Bank Liaison: Build and maintain relationships with local bank branches in Kochi, Calicut, or Manjeri to streamline student approvals.

Documentation: Issue necessary documents (Fee Structure,



Bonafide Certificates) required for bank processing.

Follow-up: Track disbursement statuses to ensure timely tuition fee payments.
Branch Documentation & Data Management

Maintain a centralized, error-free filing system for all students (KYC, Certificates, and Admission records). Oversee the issuance of Transfer Certificates (TC) and conduct certificates.

Ensure all branch data is accurately updated in the management software/Google Sheets.
Discipline & Campus Management

Discipline Enforcement: Monitor student conduct, attendance, and adherence to the institutional dress code. Grievance Handling: Serve as the first point of contact for administrative issues raised by students or parents.

Facility Oversight: Ensure the branch environment (classrooms, labs, and office space) is maintained to a high qualified standard

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
