We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant & Back Office Executive to join our team in Malad West, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting processes, Tally, E-Way Bill generation, and back-office operations, along with strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Record and maintain financial transactions in Tally.
Generate and manage E-Way Bills and related documentation.
Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment records.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Handle data entry and administrative back-office tasks.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal departments.
Prepare reports and support management with operational tasks.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting.
Proficiency in Tally.
Experience in E-Way Bill generation and management.
Basic knowledge of GST.
Strong computer skills, including MS Excel and MS Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
Positive organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent preferred.
Relevant accounting or finance background will be an advantage.
