Job Title- Fire andSafety Officer

Desired Qualification : Degree in Fire Safety Engineering

Experience: Minimum Seven Years in Hospital / Hotel / Mall / Pharmaceutical Ind.

Job Purpose

Toensure proper functioning of all Fire Safety System withinHospital

Essential duties and responsibilities

Tocoordinate with Project teams during Project Phase for smooth executions of Airconditioning jobs.

Monitoringall installations as per BOQ/Design and its documentations

To takecare of all safety measures during project phase and its compliance.

Toensure project deliverables meet with Hospital Standards.

Tomaintained all installations related to firefightingand fire alarm system.

Tohandle all fire safety related complaints , renovation and projects.

To assist other department as and when required, to perform all otherjobs as may be due exigencies of work.

Tolook after all fire safety installations, preventivemaintenance schedules, daily basis floor facilitysafety rounds and took energy conservation initiatives within hospital.

Tomaintain all fire safety checklist relatedlog books, stock inventory and material consumptions.





Licensing work with local fire services.

Arrange regular fire alarm tests and fire mock drills.

Dispatchesand accompany Q RT( Quick responseteam )

Training all hospital staffs regarding fire prevention, evacuation anddisaster management

Prepare plans and provide fire and life safety mock drill and othersafety training session to the sub-ordinates, staffs and other personsavailable in the premises.

Conduct third party fire safety external audit program timely accordingschedule.

Timely submitting of EHS report, Legatrix, EIA and Workplace safetyform V Annual returns in GPCB.
