Job Title HR Manager Company Gujarat Holidays India Pvt Ltd formerly Gujarat Travels Location Ahmedabad Gujarat India Department Human Resources Reports To Managing Director Director Employment Type Full-time Working Hours 9 30 AM to 6 30 PM Monday to Saturday Salary Range 25 000 - 35 000 per month About Us Founded in 1982 Gujarat Holidays India Pvt Ltd formerly Gujarat Travels is a leading travel and tourism company based in Ahmedabad With a fleet of 70 luxury buses we specialize in providing comfortable safe and punctual travel experiences across destinations in Gujarat Rajasthan and other parts of India Position Overview The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource management including recruitment compliance payroll performance management and employee engagement The ideal candidate will help strengthen the company s people practices while maintaining a positive and professional work environment Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR policies and ensure adherence across departments Manage end-to-end recruitment onboarding and employee orientation Handle payroll attendance and leave management efficiently Ensure statutory compliance PF ESIC Gratuity Shops Establishment etc Plan and execute employee engagement and retention programs Conduct staff and driver training and development sessions Support performance appraisals and employee career growth initiatives Manage employee relations grievances and disciplinary actions Collaborate with management on workforce planning and HR strategy Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field MBA in HR preferred 5-8 years of HR experience ideally in the travel transport or service industry Strong understanding of HR operations compliance and labor laws Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office and HR software e g GreytHR Zoho People etc Preferred Attributes Experience managing both office and field staff drivers operations team Proactive disciplined and people-oriented professional Committed to building a positive workplace culture and team spirit Compensation Benefits Salary 25 000 - 35 000 per month based on experience Performance-based incentives Health insurance and travel discounts Opportunities for learning and career development Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
