Role Description

This is a full time, in office position located in Ajmer for the role of Head of Middle School. The Head of Middle School is responsible for overseeing the academic and administrative operations of the middle school division, fostering student academic growth, supporting teacher development, and maintaining an environment that encourages holistic learning.





Key responsibilities include curriculum development, monitoring student progress, mentoring staff, engaging with parents, and fostering a positive school culture that aligns with the mission and values of DWPS.

Qualifications
Leadership and management skills, including team collaboration and decision-making to effectively lead the middle school division.
Strong academic planning and curriculum development expertise to align with up-to-date teaching standards and students' needs.
Proficient in student assessment methods and progress monitoring, ensuring personalized attention to development.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to mentor faculty, interact with parents, and address students’ concerns.
Experience in holistic education approaches focusing on emotional intelligence, values, and 21st-century skills development.
A Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
Previous experience in a leadership role within school management or middle school education is an asset.
