Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst to monitor and evaluate sales and customer support calls. The candidate will ensure that team members follow company standards, communication guidelines, and quality parameters while interacting with customers. The role also involves identifying improvement areas and supporting the team in enhancing overall service and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
Call Quality Monitoring : Listen to and evaluate inbound and outbound sales/support calls based on defined quality parameters.
Quality Audits: Assess calls for adherence to company policies, scripts, and communication standards.
Reporting :



Maintain records of audit findings and prepare reports highlighting strengths and improvement areas.
Feedback & Improvement: Provide constructive feedback to sales/support team members to improve call quality and performance.
Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all calls comply with company guidelines and professional communication standards.
Process Improvement : Suggest ideas to improve sales conversations, customer experience, and call quality.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
Fresher to 6 months of experience in customer support, voice process, or call quality monitoring is preferred.
Experience in sales support, call auditing, or CRM tools will be an added advantage.
Candidates with experience in the marketing field, especially handling inbound or outbound calls, will be preferred.

Required Skills
Strong attention to detail and listening skills.
Positive communication skills in Telugu and English.
Basic analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to provide constructive feedback professionally.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
