Living Commerce Space Pvt Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Malad, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in accounting operations, Tally ERP, GST compliance, and financial record management. Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Operations
Record daily sales, purchase, expense, and journal entries in Tally ERP.
Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
Perform weekly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding customer payments.
Process vendor invoices and coordinate timely payments.
Statutory Compliance
Generate and manage E-Invoices as per government regulations.
Create and track E-Way Bills through Tally ERP.
Assist in GST calculations, data preparation, and monthly return filings.
Prepare TDS working sheets and ensure timely compliance with tax regulations.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain organized physical and digital accounting records.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare accounting reports and MIS as required by management.
Assist during audits and compliance reviews.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
1–3 years of experience in accounting and finance functions.
Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP.
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas preferred).
Good understanding of GST, TDS, E-Invoicing, and E-Way Bills.
Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principles.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
