Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Skilled Recruiter role based in Baddi.

The Qualified

Recruiter will manage the end-to-end hiring process, including understanding workforce requirements, drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. The role will coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers, support selection and offer processes, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for recent hires. The recruiter will maintain accurate candidate records, track hiring metrics, and collaborate with leadership to plan staffing for manufacturing, operations, and support functions.



The position also involves building a strong talent pipeline, supporting employer branding activities, and ensuring fair, compliant, and inclusive hiring practices.

Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
Solid organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple open positions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals, and professional networking platforms.
Understanding of hiring best practices, labor laws, and fair, non-discriminatory recruitment processes.
Ability to work on-site in an industrial setting in Baddi and collaborate closely with HR and operations teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
Prior experience recruiting for manufacturing or industrial roles is preferred but not mandatory.
