Role & responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day hospital operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
Coordinate with Medical, Nursing, Pharmacy, Billing, Front Office and Support Services teams.
Monitor patient experience, service quality and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with NABH standards, hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
Prepare operational reports, MIS and performance reviews.
Manage manpower planning, vendor coordination and resource utilization.
Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements.

Preferred candidate profile:
MBA Hospital Administration / MHA / MBA Operations or equivalent qualification.
3+ years of experience in Hospital Operations Management.
Strong leadership, communication and team management skills.
Knowledge of NABH standards and hospital workflows preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
