Job Description: A store manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a retail store. They ensure the store runs smoothly and profitably, and that customers have a positive experience. Responsibilities

- Customer service: Ensure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient
- Sales and marketing: Promote the store and its products, and implement marketing campaigns

- Staff management: Recruit, train, supervise, and appraise staff

- Inventory management: Ensure the store has the right products at the right time

- Financial management: Monitor the store's financial performance, create budgets, and ensure the store meets its financial goals

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation

Skills and qualifications
