In this role, you won't just be "selling products"—you will be a trusted scientific partner to the medical community, ensuring that doctors have the latest, most effective allopathic treatment options to improve patient outcomes.

### **What You’ll Do**

* **Be the Bridge:** Act as the primary face of Medisect Pharma, building and maintaining long-term, high-trust relationships with key allopathy doctors, specialists, and clinics in the Raipur territory.

* **Scientific Detailing:** Conduct professional, data-driven product presentations. You will communicate complex clinical information, benefits, and usage guidelines clearly and persuasively.

* **Market Growth:** Take ownership of your territory. Develop strategic call plans to reach your target audience, drive prescription growth, and consistently meet or exceed your monthly sales targets.

* **Insights & Strategy:** Stay ahead of the curve by gathering market intelligence on competitor activities, emerging trends, and physician feedback, reporting back to help shape our regional strategy.

* **Compliance Excellence:** Maintain the highest standards of ethics and professionalism, ensuring all interactions align with industry regulations and company guidelines.

### **What We’re Looking For**





* **Experience:** Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales or a related field (freshers with a degree in Pharmacy/Life Sciences and a "go-getter" attitude are encouraged to apply).

* **Scientific Literacy:** A solid understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and allopathic pharmacology.

* **Communication Powerhouse:** Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills. You can explain complex medical data in simple, compelling terms.

* **Resilience & Drive:** A self-starter who thrives in a competitive environment, manages their own time efficiently, and views "no" as just the start of a conversation.

* **Local Knowledge:** A strong understanding of the medical landscape and hospital network in Raipur is a significant advantage.
