We are looking for an experienced and energetic Factory Manager from the coir industry to oversee plant operations, production processes, and workforce management. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and leadership skills to drive efficiency and compliance. Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Plant/Factory Manager in the coir industry
Strong knowledge of PVC/Latex production, printing, and related processes
Candidates from Pollachi or nearby areas, or willing to relocate/stay in Pollachi
Thorough understanding of buyer audits (social, technical,



and security)
Excellent people management and leadership skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented
Ability to guide and motivate teams to meet production targets within timelines Compliance & Technical Knowledge:
Good knowledge of statutory requirements, including:
* Inspectorate of Factories
* Pollution Control Board
* Labour Department
* Local Authorities
* TNEB regulations
