Role Description The Head of Department (HoD) for B. Tech CSE-AIML and Elite Branch will provide academic and administrative leadership for the department, ensuring high-quality teaching, curriculum development, and student outcomes. This full-time, on-site role in Noida involves overseeing course planning, implementation of AI/ML-focused curricula, and continuous improvement of academic programs in line with industry and accreditation standards. The HoD will mentor and manage faculty members, facilitate their professional development, and coordinate teaching assignments, timetables, and performance evaluations. Responsibilities include promoting research,



innovation, and project-based learning among students and faculty, as well as fostering collaborations with industry and academic partners. The role also involves monitoring student performance, guiding academic advising and career readiness initiatives, participating in institutional committees, and supporting outreach, admissions, and branding activities for the CSE-AIML and Elite Branch.

Qualifications

- Minimum experiance 10 years in any college or university.
- Advanced academic qualifications in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related discipline (Ph.D. preferred; minimum of a Master’s degree as per regulatory norms).
- Strong foundation in core CSE and AI/ML subjects, with the ability to guide curriculum design in areas such as data structures, algorithms, AI, ML, data science, and emerging technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in academic leadership or departmental coordination, including faculty management, academic planning, and adherence to regulatory and accreditation requirements.
- Proven record of teaching excellence at the undergraduate level, with experience designing outcome-based syllabi, assessments, and project-based learning activities.
- Active engagement in research, publications, or industry projects in CSE/AI/ML, with the ability to mentor faculty and students in research, internships, and innovative projects.
- Solid communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with faculty,
