Role Title- Institutional Securities Data Strategy & Analytics, Manager/ Senior Manager, Business Solutions Group - ISGM We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Manager/ Senior Manager to collaborate with colleagues and industry experts to design and deliver high performance data frameworks and technical platforms that power advanced analytics engagements and solutions.
The Business Solutions Group (BSG) team sits within Morgan Stanley’s Institutional Securities Group (ISG) and functions as an in-house management consulting team supporting the firm with strategic program management and delivery, large-scale transformation, operational improvement, and regulatory change or remediation.
The team partners with individual business lines within ISG (Global Markets, Investment Banking, Capital Markets), Risk, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to drive strategic transformation and data-driven business outcomes.

What you'll do in the role: As a key member of the BSG team, this individual will work in cross-functional agile teams alongside various business stakeholders (e.g. business, technology, operations, risk and finance) to innovate and consult on developing new or enhancing existing technologies.
This role offers the prospect to play a foundational role in shaping the team’s capabilities, delivering high-impact engagements.
