Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparation of South Indian breakfast items such as Idli, Dosa, Uttapam, Vada, Upma, Pongal, Sambhar, and Chutneys.
- Prepare mise-en-place as instructed by senior chefs.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work area, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items as per food safety standards.
- Support in receiving and storing kitchen supplies and raw materials.
- Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines.
- Assist during buffet setup and breakfast service operations.
- Report any equipment malfunction or shortage of stock to senior chefs.
- Adhere to company grooming, hygiene, and safety standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
