Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Planning Engineer to oversee and manage project schedules for our industrial construction projects at Chakan MIDC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing project plans, monitoring progress, managing resources, and ensuring timely project delivery within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Scheduling: Create, update, and baseline detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project (MSP).
- Progress Tracking: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress against the master schedule and generate S-curves.
- Industrial Expertise: Manage specific industrial construction elements like PEB structures, RCC heavy foundations, piping, and MEP coordination.
- Resource Management: Plan and optimize manpower, material, and machinery requirements.
- Reporting: Prepare MIS reports, Daily/Weekly/Monthly Progress Reports (DPR/WPR/MPR) for management and clients.
- Delay Analysis: Identify potential delays, perform critical path analysis, and suggest mitigation/recovery plans.
- Billing Coordination:



Coordinate with the billing and execution teams to align progress with cash flow forecasting.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mechanical candidates with strong industrial structural experience can also apply).
- Experience: 8-10 years of solid experience specifically in Industrial Construction (Factories, Warehouses, Automobile Plants, or Manufacturing Units).
- Note: Candidates with purely residential/commercial building experience will not be considered.
- Software Expertise: Mastery in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project (MSP) is mandatory. Good command over MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Soft Skills: Robust leadership, client communication, and team management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chakan, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
