Job Title: Sales Officer

Job Summary:
SS Hyundai is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to join our team at the Chengannur branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, generating new customer leads, and maintaining excellent customer relationships while promoting Hyundai vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly vehicle sales targets set by the management.
- Attend walk-in customers at the showroom and provide detailed product information.
- Conduct field visits, prospecting, and lead generation activities.
- Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives for prospective customers.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain proper documentation and update CRM systems regularly.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration departments to ensure smooth delivery of vehicles.
- Participate in promotional activities, events, and exhibitions organized by the dealership.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in automobile sales or field sales preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Valid driving license preferred.
- Good knowledge of customer handling and sales techniques.
