Experience Required

- 1–5 years of experience in Automobile Sales, Premium Retail Sales, Luxury Sales, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Experience in two-wheeler or premium automotive sales will be preferred.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for motorcycles, riding culture, and premium customer experience.
- Solid negotiation and closing skills.
- Must be willing to relocate to Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Deliver a premium BMW Motorrad customer experience.
- Conduct product presentations and test ride coordination.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.
- Manage CRM activities and customer follow-ups.
- Participate in marketing events, ride-outs, and dealership activations.
- Ensure compliance with BMW Motorrad sales processes and standards.
