Job Title: Stenographer, Company:* Goyal Brothers Prakashan, Job Overview:*

Goyal Brothers Prakashan is looking for a skilled and experienced Stenographer to provide high-level administrative and transcription support. The ideal candidate should be proficient in shorthand, have excellent command of English, and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take dictation in shorthand and accurately transcribe it into written documents
- Prepare, draft, and format official documents, letters, and reports
- Maintain records, files, and confidential documents efficiently
- Assist senior management with administrative tasks and correspondence
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and ensure proper documentation
- Handle email communication and internal documentation professionally
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all assigned work

Eligibility Criteria:

- Age: Minimum 35 years and maximum 49 years
- Education:
- Graduation in English Honours (mandatory)
- Post-Graduation in English Honours (mandatory)

Required Skills:

- Excellent shorthand and typing speed
- Strong command of written and spoken English




- Valuable knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Experience:

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a stenographer or in a similar role preferred
