Job Description:

Job Title: Manager – Finance & Accounts

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Manager – Finance & Accounts to lead financial operations, ensure compliance, and support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial reporting, taxation, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end finance and accounting operations
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with applicable standards
- Ensure adherence to statutory compliance, taxation (GST, TDS), and audits
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
- Drive cost optimization and financial efficiency




- Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for business planning and analysis

Key Skills & Qualifications

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines

Preferred Experience

- Min 2 - 4 Years Experience post CA (Mandatory)
- Exposure to financial audits and regulatory compliance
- Experience managing a team.
