About the Role — Sales Executive, Surat
We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our expanding Surat office and contribute to the growth of our SaaS solutions across agencies and small businesses in India.
This is an inside sales role — 100% office-based with no field visits required. Qualified leads will be assigned to you directly by the Sales Manager. Your responsibility is to engage those leads, understand their business requirements, present the appropriate Refrens solution, and close the sale. You are not expected to source or generate your own pipeline.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage Pre-Qualified Leads: Connect with prospects assigned by the Sales Manager and initiate structured, goal-oriented sales conversations.
- Understand Client Needs: Conduct thorough discovery calls to identify each prospect's business challenges and map them to Refrens' product capabilities.
- Deliver Product Demonstrations: Present compelling, tailored demos that articulate the value of Refrens' software solutions with clarity and confidence.
- Manage the Sales Cycle: Navigate objections professionally and guide prospects through every stage of the buying process to a successful close.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed individual revenue targets, contributing to the team's collective growth objectives.
- Maintain Product Knowledge: Stay current with Refrens' product updates, industry developments,
and competitive landscape to provide well-informed client guidance.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Educational or professional background in Business, Commerce, or a related field; freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in sales, client engagement, and business development.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and work with minimal supervision in a structured office environment.
- Basic familiarity with CRM platforms or sales tools is advantageous, though not mandatory.
