- Client & Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and key stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and engagement.
- Financial Management: Oversee the centres budget, ensuring cost-effective operations, financial performance, and resource allocation.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor service quality, ensuring high standards are maintained and areas for improvement are addressed.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manage health, safety, and security risks effectively.
