Job Title: Servicenow Developer (ITOM/ITAM/CMDB/SPM/HRSD/IRM/GRC)
Experience: 5-12 years

Job Description

Experience in 5-12 years in Servicenow Development in any of module (ITOM/ITAM/CMDB/SPM/HRSD/IRM/GRC)

- Provides detailed technical architecture analysis, design and direction on development activities
- Experienced in creating Service Now forms, Designing/Configuring Workflow, flow designer and customizing applications.




- Well versed in facilitating roll out of current applications and modules in Service Now.
- Experience in integrating tools in Service Now.
- Experienced in Service Now technical configuration, and development of reports and dashboards.
- Good in support activities of Service Now to identify issues within the code, working collaboratively with other team members.
- Building relationships with business partners through analysis, evaluating best practice and aligning technology to solve their issues and improve efficiencies.
- Experience in Enhancing the Service Now functionality by customized Java Script code to support the new business needs.
- Experience in creating scripts like Client Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, background script, Fix script and UI Policies, UI action.
- Hands-on experience in Client and Server-side Scripting.
- Ability to communicate with technical individuals, including knowledge at a deep enough level to understand the underlying technical concepts.
- Well-spoken in front of groups, including the ability to prepare and make presentations to senior management.
