We are hiring Business Development Executive for one of our esteemed client in Branding industry at Anand location. The company details are as given below :

- Office Timings: 10:00 to 7:00
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday [6 days]
- No Bond, Contract or Deposit

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients local & International from various platform like LinkedIn or other platform
- Platform Management: Actively manage company profiles on Upwork and Guru, Apollo to find high-quality projects
- Client Meetings: Meet with business owners and decision-makers to understand their brand's needs and present our agency’s solutions.
- Negotiation: Strong ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
- Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to help The One Branding expand its market presence.




- Proposal Creation: Draft and present skilled business proposals and quotations tailored to the client’s requirements.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and what competitors are doing to keep our services competitive.

Skills:

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing (IT Company experience is a plus).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi, and Gujarati).
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and hit targets without constant supervision.
- Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the local market in Anand and nearby business hubs.
