About Us Kerala Cafe is a growing multi-location restaurant brand with outlets across Pune Mumbai Kerala and Bangalore known for authentic Kerala cuisine and excellent hospitality We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee our HR operations across all outlets Hindi and English language understanding and speaking will be key deal breaker Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end HR operations across multiple restaurant outlets Handle recruitment onboarding training and employee engagement for all locations Develop and implement HR policies procedures and compliance systems Maintain and update employee databases attendance payroll coordination and performance records Coordinate with outlet managers for manpower planning and workforce management Address employee relations issues grievances and disciplinary matters in a professional manner Support management with periodic HR reports analytics and workforce insights Oversee statutory compliance related to PF ESI Gratuity Shops Establishment Act etc Lead HR audits and ensure smooth coordination during internal external reviews Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with company values Requirements Education Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resource Management or related field Experience Minimum 4-5 years of HR experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry Strong understanding of HR operations statutory compliance and restaurant workforce management Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems Languages Required Hindi Malayalam and English must be fluent in all three Robust HR database and local industry network preferred Interested candidates may send their resume to ceodesk keralacafe co with the subject line Application for HR Manager - Kerala Cafe Restaurant To know about company please visit www keralacafe co Job Type Full time Pay Up to 40 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
