Job Title: Project Manager – Infrastructure & Plotting Development Location: Ludhiana, Punjab Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Real Estate / Infrastructure / Township Development About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Project Manager (PM) to lead an exciting, high-stakes Plotting & Infrastructure Development Project in Ludhiana, Punjab. As the Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind the successful delivery of our developments. You will take complete ownership of the project lifecycle—from meticulous planning and design management to execution, cost control, and final handover. If you have a proven track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you. Note: This position is based in Ludhiana, Punjab . Preference will be given to candidates who are native to or currently based in Punjab. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery & Execution Multi-Project Management: Oversee and successfully manage 2–3 projects simultaneously, ensuring milestones are met safely, on time, and within budget. End-to-End Oversight: Drive projects seamlessly through all phases: initial planning, design, on-site execution, quality control, and successful handover. Stakeholder & Coordination Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact to align and coordinate with Clients, External Consultants, Contractors, Government Authorities, and Internal Cross-Functional Teams. Design Management: Collaborate with architects and design teams to review, validate, and implement project blueprints and technical specifications. Financial & Resource Control Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, manage contracts, and implement strict cost-control measures to optimize resource utilization without compromising quality. Candidate Profile & Qualifications Experience:



Proven experience tracking and delivering Township, Plotting Development, Infrastructure, Industrial, or large-scale Real Estate projects. Core Competencies: Exceptional expertise in Design Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Cost Optimization, and Contract Management. Soft Skills: Robust leadership abilities, sharp negotiation skills, and clear communication to effectively manage diverse teams and client expectations.
