Job Summary The Admission Officer Sales will be responsible for guiding prospective students regarding academic programs admissions procedures and career pathways while achieving sales and admission targets This role requires a blend of counseling relationship-building and sales skills to convert leads into successful admissions Key Responsibilities Counsel students and parents regarding available courses programs and career opportunities Handle walk-ins telephonic and online inquiries converting them into admissions Achieve monthly quarterly sales and admission targets Follow up with leads through calls emails and in-person meetings Conduct presentations seminars and webinars to promote programs Maintain updated knowledge about academic programs industry trends and competitors Build and maintain strong relationships with students parents and external partners Assist in organizing promotional events open houses and workshops Prepare daily weekly monthly reports on leads follow-ups and conversions Ensure a high level of student satisfaction and retention Skills Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities Ability to understand student needs and provide suitable guidance Target-oriented mindset with proven sales acumen Proficiency in MS Office CRM or ERP tools Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree Freshers with solid communication and sales aptitude may also be considered Send your updated resume to hr blitzacademy org or contact (phone hidden) Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 16 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Calicut Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Work Location In person
