With operations across India, GPTSIG works closely with educational institutions, coaching centers, universities, and industry experts to provide career guidance and higher education opportunities to students.

Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Experience Required: 2-8 Years

Location: Kolkatta, West Bengal

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with coaching centers, schools, and educational institutions across Pan India.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with school trustees, principals, coaching center owners, directors, and academic coordinators.
- Promote GPTSIG's career guidance programs, seminars, workshops, and student engagement initiatives.
- Generate leads and identify partnership opportunities with educational institutions.
- Coordinate and organize career guidance seminars, counselling sessions, and educational events.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Maintain a database of schools, coaching centers, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit regular activity and progress reports to management.




- Travel across Pan India as required for business development activities.
- Represent GPTSIG professionally at educational events, exhibitions, and conferences.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Educational Outreach.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with educational institutions and decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
- Experience in the Education, EdTech, Career Counselling, or Training sector will be preferred.
