ABOUT US

Aankhon Dekha, by TellMe Digiinfotech Pvt. Ltd., is MP's first immersive Virtual Reality experience centre — and one of its kind in India. Located at the State Museum, Picturesque Shyamla Hills, Bhopal (and Raja Mahal, Orchha), we bring the history & culture of Madhya Pradesh & other experiences, alive through 4k/8K 360° VR films, UV heritage art, sand storytelling, 3D illusion galleries, and AI-powered photo experiences.

Every visitor who walks through our doors loves it. Our reviews are consistently excellent. We are listed on MP Tourism as a must-visit attraction. Our product works. What we need now is the right person to put it in front of the right institutions — at scale.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Sales Manager — Institutional Partnerships who will own and build our B2B revenue pipeline from schools, colleges, corporates, banks, travel and hospitality groups. You will be the person who ensures that Aankhon Dekha is on the activity calendar of serious school ,other institutions & travel and hospitality industry in Bhopal and the surrounding region.

This is not a desk job. This is a relationship job. A hustle job. A purpose job. You will spend your days meeting decision makers in the above institutions and converting them into clients who return year after year.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Map, target, and approach educational &other; institutions across Bhopal and nearby districts. We support with exhaustive ‘Data’ with contact & other details.
- Build lasting relationships with key decision-makers — principals, management trustees, travel activity coordinators, hotel relationship executives and HR managers




- Deliver compelling pitches that connect our VR experience to needs be it learning outcome or discovery of MP with immersive videos.
- Convert conversations into confirmed group bookings and long-term institutional accounts
- Design and execute your own outreach plans independently — you own the pipeline
- Follow up with discipline until the first visit is booked, then stay connected to offer new experience
- Identify corporates, CSR-linked, and institutional event opportunities
- Represent Aankhon Dekha at education& travel trade fairs, exhibitions, and community events
- Report daily on outreach activities, pipeline status, and revenue generated

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR You have 2–5 years of experience in B2B institutional sales, edtech sales, educational field trips, or selling products and services directly to educational institutions, hotels etc. You have sat across the table from school principals and won. You plan your week without being told, manage your pipeline without being chased, and own your targets without making excuses.

- Proven track record in institutional, education-sector, or B2B sales
- Demonstrated ability to connect with and influence decision-makers
- Good communication and presentation skills in Hindi and English
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working with independence and accountability
- Based in Bhopal or genuinely committed to relocating here
- Passion for education, culture,technology and heritage is a strong advantage





Experience with experiential learning, edtech companies, school text book marketers, or in hospitality business will be given preference.

COMPENSATION

- Fixed Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience and track record
- Performance Bonus: Attractive, uncapped commission directly linked to institutional revenue you generate
