Experience Required: 10-15 years

Age: 34-45

Mumbai Market Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience handling Mumbai and MMR markets.

Industry Fit: Building Materials, Sanitaryware, Washroom Automation, HVAC, Electricals, Industrial Manufacturing, Architect/Consultant Network, Construction Products, Facility Management Solutions, or similar project-based industries.

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Head Mumbai to lead sales, business development, project acquisition, channel expansion, and market growth across Mumbai and the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening relationships with architects and consultants, developing channel partnerships, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Leadership

- Own and drive revenue, profitability, and market share for the Mumbai region.
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to accelerate growth across key customer segments.
- Drive project sales and institutional business across:

- Commercial Real Estate

- Corporate Offices

- Hospitality

- Healthcare

- Educational Institutions
- Airports & Infrastructure
- Government & PSU Projects
- Retail & Mixed-use Developments

2. Channel & Distribution Management

- Develop and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners across Mumbai and MMR.
- Ensure market coverage, product availability, and channel profitability.
- Drive channel engagement programs and business development initiatives.
- Monitor inventory planning, forecasting,



and sales performance.

3. Architect & Consultant Engagement

- Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, PMCs, developers, and contractors.
- Drive product specifications and approvals in key projects.
- Conduct product presentations, technical seminars, and specification meetings.
- Create a strong project pipeline through consultant and influencer engagement.

4. Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and develop Area Sales Managers, Sales Officers, and channel support teams.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, market visits, and customer meetings.
- Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and customer focus.
- Ensure continuous capability development and training.

5. Market Development

- Identify new growth opportunities and emerging project segments.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer requirements.
- Execute local marketing initiatives, trade events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Increase brand visibility and specification penetration across Mumbai.

6. Operational Excellence

- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Service teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Ensure CRM/SFA compliance and project tracking discipline.




- Monitor collections, receivables, and business profitability.
- Deliver superior customer experience through effective pre-sales and after-sales support.

Candidate Requirements

Experience

- 10–15 years of experience in sales, business development, or regional management roles.
- Minimum 5 years of successful business management experience in Mumbai/MMR.
- Proven track record of handling project sales and channel business.
