About The Business Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components. Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry.

This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence. Group operates in more than 100 countries across six continents, with the mission 'To improve the quality of life of the communities we serve globally, through long term stakeholder value creation based on leadership with Trust.’ Responsibilities: Design the indirect sourcing strategy for fab construction, ramp up, and steady state Own Indirect sourcing categories including people services (housing, employee transport, food),



cleanroom services, external utilities, travel, security, site IT needs and GC requirements Develop and build suppliers who are operations qualified, compliant and certified Commercial and Contracting leadership for spend (Opex and Capex) with complete alignment on SOW deliverables Stakeholder leadership as sourcing partner to HR Admin, AI Digital, security, Engineering, Fab manufacturing, module and construction Recruit and develop sourcing managers with fab, facilities and technical services expertise Essential Attributes Ethical and high attention to detail Process mindset and excellent communication skills Qualifications B.E./B.Tech from a reputable college MBA preferred Desired Experience Level 3 to 8 years of experience in Indirect sourcing, deep familiarity with Admin & people services, engineering services and local regulations experience in greenfield plant setup or major fab expansions will be added advantage.
