PMO activities specifically for Indirect Procurement and IT purchases, tracking spend, PR/PO cycles, and vendor interactions for sites.

Key Responsibilities Along with common PMO responsibilities:
Partner with Indirect Procurement team to track PR creation, PR ageing, PO issuance, and vendor onboarding.
Monitor IR (Inspection Report) status, service entry sheets, and GRN progress.
Track indirect spend budgets, variance, and savings pipelines for IT, MRO, facility services, and capex-related expenses.
Support sourcing events—RFP tracking, bid evaluations, commercial approvals, and negotiation timelines.
Coordinate with IT and Project teams for hardware/software procurement, AMC renewals, and license tracking.
