The Medical Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the overall clinical and operational functioning of Remedy Cancer Care Hospital, ensuring delivery of high-quality, protected, and patient-centric healthcare services. The role will provide leadership across clinical departments, nursing, diagnostics, operations, and support functions while ensuring adherence to medical protocols, regulatory requirements, quality standards, and institutional policies.
The position requires a strong understanding of hospital administration, oncology care operations, clinical governance, patient safety, and healthcare quality management.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Governance & Patient Care: To oversee clinical operations across departments, ensure adherence to medical protocols, drive patient safety initiatives,
and maintain high standards of quality healthcare delivery.
- Hospital Operations & Process Management: Manage overall hospital functioning including OPD, IPD, diagnostics, and support services. Enhance operational efficiency through effective resource management, streamlined workflows, improved patient movement, and continuous process optimization.
- Quality Assurance, Compliance & Accreditation: Ensure compliance with NABH standards, statutory requirements, and hospital policies. Lead clinical audits, documentation reviews, quality improvement initiatives, and risk management programs.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Coordination: Lead and coordinate with doctors, nursing teams, allied healthcare professionals, and administrative teams. Support manpower planning, training, performance management, and foster collaboration across departments.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Master of Hospital Administration (MHA), Healthcare Management, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Experience: 4-5 years of proven experience in hospital administration, facility operations, or clinic management. Prior experience in doctor engagement, patient coordination, or oncology healthcare services will be an added advantage.
- Core Skills: Experience of managing clinical teams, quality systems, and hospital operations.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi. (Proficiency in Urdu Language is a plus)

- Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
- Timings: Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
