Role & responsibilities

- Performed line clearance and area clearance before manufacturing and packaging activities for tablets, capsules, soft gelatin capsules, and liquid formulations.

- Monitored dispensing, sifting, blending, granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, and liquid manufacturing processes.

- Verified critical in-process quality parameters such as tablet weight, hardness, thickness, friability, capsule fill weight, and liquid pH/volume.

- Ensured compliance with GMP, SOPs, approved batch records, and regulatory requirements during production activities.

- Reviewed and verified Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR) for accuracy and completeness.

- Monitored environmental conditions, personnel hygiene, and housekeeping practices in production areas.

- Conducted in-process inspections and sampling to ensure product quality and process compliance.





- Verified equipment cleanliness, calibration status, and readiness before production activities.

- Reported deviations, non-conformances, and quality incidents, and participated in investigations and CAPA implementation.

- Coordinated with Production, QA, and QC departments and supported internal, customer, and regulatory audits.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.Pharm or M.Pharm qualification.

- 15 years of experience in IPQA/QA in a pharmaceutical formulation manufacturing facility.

- Experience in tablets, capsules, soft gelatin capsules, and liquid oral formulations.

- Good knowledge of GMP, GDP, line clearance, in-process checks, and batch documentation.

- Robust communication, documentation, and compliance-oriented skills.
