Key Responsibilities Curated Guest Experience - Orchestrate a seamless and warm arrival experience, including welcome rituals such as signature beverages and towel service
- Deliver intuitive, personalized service tailored to client preferences and visit purpose
- Ensure a smooth and refined departure experience, leaving a lasting impression Luxury Food & Beverage Service - Present and serve beverages and curated menus with finesse, adhering to premium service standards
- Maintain impeccable presentation of crockery, glassware, and service elements aligned with project positioning
- Coordinate closely with café partners / hospitality vendors where applicable
- Ensure meeting rooms and client lounges are perfectly staged prior to every visit Client Engagement - Engage confidently with clients and families, maintaining discretion and professionalism
- Anticipate needs and deliver thoughtful, unobtrusive service Operational Excellence - Monitor and manage inventory of F&B; supplies and service ware
- Adhere to defined service protocols and brand standards across all project categories Candidate Profile and Experience - Minimum 2 year of experience in hospitality, luxury hotels, fine dining, premium café or Butler
- Exposure to fine dining / lounge service environments
- Well-groomed with a polished and confident demeanor
- Strong command over English.
- Deep understanding of service etiquette and guest engagement
