: We are looking for a Student Counselor to join our team in Jorhat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding student admissions, assigning class schedules and supervising office operations. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a quick learner, and adaptable to a quick-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities: Student Onboarding & Admissions: Assist prospective students with the admission process, answer queries, and provide necessary guidance. Allot students to suitable classes based on their requirements and preferences.
Class Scheduling: Coordinate with instructors to ensure a smooth class schedule is created and adhered to for each student.
Supervision: Oversee day-to-day office activities and supervise a small team of employees. Ensure smooth office operations and adherence to company protocols.
Student Support:
Act as a liaison between students and management for any concerns or issues. Provide continuous support to students in managing their academic progress.
Qualifications
Education: Graduate of any stream (Bachelor's degree).
Experience: 1 year prior experience in counseling or customer support is mandatory.
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Robust interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with diverse groups of people. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing work environment.
Additional Skills (Preferred): Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Good problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
