responsibilities ï‚· Site Execution for Turnkey projects (Electrical work). ï‚· Effective supervision of various site activities like Cable and wiring, cable termination work, penal retro fitting work, instrumentation and control wiring etc. ï‚· Develop detailed site execution plans, including manpower allocation, material procurement, and equipment deployment. ï‚· Maintain accurate records of site activities, including installation progress, material usage, and manpower hours. ï‚· Generate comprehensive reports for project managers and clients, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and solutions. ï‚· Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors,



and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and streamline workflow. ï‚· Desired Candidate Profile: ï‚· Proven experience in electrical site execution, preferably in the panel industry. ï‚· Solid knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and components. ï‚· Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications. ï‚· Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. ï‚· Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
