- Review and moderate text, images, audio, and video content for policy compliance
- Identify and remove inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
- Maintain high accuracy while moderating large volumes of content
- Escalate sensitive or complex issues as per guidelines
- Follow content moderation policies and updates consistently
- Ensure a safe and positive user experience on the platform

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Willingness to work in shifts
- 6 Days working
- Rotational week off's
- Fresher with Excellent communication skills can apply

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in content moderation, customer support, or BPO is a plus
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities
